You can export a copy of your charting data, settings & photos in the app at any time by going to Menu > Database > Export inside the app.
- Select Complete backup (RYB) to export a copy of your charting data & settings in an RYB file
- If you have photos in the app then photos will also be exported in a photo ZIP file when you select this option
- Select Settings only (JSON) to export a copy of your settings only
- Select Data only (CSV) to export a copy of your charting data only
- Select Photos only (ZIP) to export a copy of your photos only
You can save these files to your iCloud files / Google Drive or email them to yourself for safekeeping.
We recommend exporting a complete backup (RYB file & photo ZIP file if you have photos in the app) regularly for peace of mind.
You'll be prompted to export a complete backup (RYB file & photo ZIP file if you have photos in the app) whenever you start a new cycle in the app.
