We understand that sometimes there are interruptions to a charting journey or you may feel like you'd appreciate a break - particularly during pregnancy / postpartum, following a miscarriage / pregnancy loss or during a time of stress / ill health.
Unfortunately it's not currently possible to pause a subscription in the app, so if you anticipate needing a break in the near future then you may like to choose the monthly payment option. In this way you can simply cancel your subscription whenever you wish to take a break.
When you don't have an active subscription in the app (that is to say - when you allow your subscription expire), all of your data will remain safely in the app on your phone so long as you don't delete / reinstall it.
If you open the app with an expired subscription, you'll see a payment screen where you'll be able to tap a button to export a copy of your settings and data in the app and/or choose a payment option to advance back into the app.
For total peace of mind before allowing your subscription to expire, we recommend exporting a backup of your settings and data at Menu > Database > Export > Complete backup (RYB) > save to iCloud / Google Drive.
