New app user
If you're new to the app and your educator has given you a JSON file to import in order to get started with their recommended settings, please follow these steps:
- Save the JSON file to your iCloud files (iPhone) / Google Drive (Android)
- Install the Read Your Body app from the App Store (iPhone) / Google Play (Android)
- Move through the app's welcome flow selecting whichever options you like
- Once inside the app go to Menu > Database > Import
- Select 'Read Your Body' as the file format
- Select the JSON file from your iCloud files / Google Drive
- Wait for the import to complete
Your educator's recommended settings will now be applied in the app!
Existing app user
If you already have your own personal settings & data in the app, please contact your educator for instructions of how to manually update your app settings to match their recommendations.
Note that if your cervical fluid categories in the app don't exactly match the cervical fluid categories in the JSON file from your educator then you won't be able to import the JSON file. This limitation is in place in order to protect the integrity of your existing cervical fluid data in the app.
