If you're getting started on a new phone and it’s the same operating system (iOS / Android) and the same Apple ID / Google Play ID as before, your existing subscription should automatically sync and you should not be prompted for payment again.

If you're getting started on a new phone and it’s a different operating system (iOS / Android) and/or a different Apple ID / Google Play ID than before, your existing subscription will not automatically sync - in this case there are a few simple steps to follow:
1. Make sure that you're registered / logged into an account on your old phone at Menu > Account.
2. Log into the same account in the welcome flow on your new phone - when you do this then your existing subscription will be recognised by the app.
3. Cancel the subscription on your old phone / operating system - whenever that subscription expires then you'll be prompted to renew on your new phone / operating system.

If you're getting started on a new phone and it’s a different operating system (iOS / Android) and/or a different Apple ID / Google Play ID than before, and you don't have an app account and you no longer have access to your old phone, you won't be able to sync your subscription - please contact us for support to avoid double paying!

If you're an original Indiegogo crowdfunder backer, you should be installing a beta version of the app via TestFlight (iOS) / Google Play testing track (Android) to avoid being prompted for payment. If you've just switched to a different operating system (iOS / Android), please contact us for updated beta access!
