Coloured stamps are used by some charting methods to record cervical fluid / mucus patterns. Interpretations such as P 1 2 3 are marked when peak day is identified (this is the last day when you feel or see your most fertile cervical fluid - often wet, slippery, clear) followed by a count to confirm a sustained transition to more dry. Please consult a certified educator to learn more!
