Known bugs:

Inactive account error message - this message is displaying incorrectly for some people with existing active accounts after freshly installing the app. Please try these steps to resolve:
- Close / re-open the app, tap the yellow 'Get started' button and navigate through the welcome flow as a new user
- Once inside the app go to Menu > Account and log into your account
- If logged in successfully go to Menu > Account > Manage backups and tap the cloud icon next to a recent backup to restore your data
If this doesn't resolve the issue for you please message us for further support!
- Slow loading of chart and stats screens - this issue can only be resolved by resetting your app - please follow the instructions here to do this - if this doesn't resolve the issue for you then please message us for further troubleshooting support!
- Time taken for temperature changes if you move across timezones (e.g. home after holiday)
- Moon phases not displaying correctly in some timezones
