This is the day when your temperature rise is confirmed. It’s usually confirmed after you’ve recorded three or four temperature readings at a higher level than before. Some of these readings may need to be at least a certain level above the line that you mark on your chart to confirm the rise. Different charting methods have different ways of confirming a temperature rise. Please consult your chosen learning resource to know more!
- Open your data screen on the day when you'd like to mark your temp rise as being confirmed
-
- Double tap a day / column on your chart screen to edit that day's data
- Single tap a day on your calendar screen to edit that day's data
-
- Tap on the 'Interpretation' row in the 'Temp' section of your data screen
- Tap to enable 'Temp rise is confirmed' in the 'Interpretation' drop-down
Marking your temp rise as being confirmed is only relevant if you have the standard fertile window shading feature enabled in the app. The fertile window shading in the intimacy row of your chart screen will end with a half day on the day when your temperature rise is marked as being confirmed or your count after peak is marked as being complete - whichever comes last.
