This is the last day when you feel or see your most fertile cervical fluid (often wet, slippery, clear) before an abrupt and sustained transition to more dry. Different charting methods have different ways of defining peak day. Please consult your chosen learning resource to know more!
- Open your data screen on the day when you'd like to mark your peak day
-
- Double tap a day / column on your chart screen to edit that day's data
- Single tap a day on your calendar screen to edit that day's data
-
- Tap on the 'Interpretation' row in the 'Fluid' section of your data screen
- Tap to enable 'Peak day' in the 'Interpretation' drop-down
Marking a peak day causes the letter 'P' to display in the fluid interpretation row on your chart screen that day - this is followed by a count of 1 2 3. If you'd like the count to continue beyond 3 then please mark your count after peak as being complete.
