Setting up Tempdrop integration didn't work? We're here to help! ♡
- Double check that you have a stable internet connection (wifi / mobile data)
- Double check that you're entering your email address without a space auto-filled at the end
- Double check that the email address and password you're using are correct
You can double check that your Tempdrop email address and password are correct by opening your Tempdrop app, tapping the three lines at the top left of your Tempdrop home screen, and at the top of the Tempdrop settings menu you'll see your email address.
Now you can tap 'Logout' at the bottom of the Tempdrop settings menu, tap 'Log in' underneath 'Already have an account?' in the next screen, and then you'll be able to enter your expected password to check that it's correct / reset your password if you've forgotten it.
