Of course! The Body Literacy Collective is a Community Interest Company (CIC) registered in England & Wales and limited by guarantee. This means that there are no shareholders. CIC revenues and assets can only ever be used for the benefit of the community that the company has been set up to serve: in this case - people with menstrual cycles and their partners.
The company is registered with the UK Companies House and must submit annual accounts for public transparency. The company is legally structured in a way that means we can never “sell” the Read Your Body app. (We could only ever transfer it to another non-profit company for management and we have no intentions of doing this.)
