- Double check that you’re selecting ‘OvuView’ as the file type from the drop-down in the import screen
- Double check that column headings are displaying in English in your OvuView CSV file - if they're displaying in another language then please temporarily change your phone system language & region settings to English & US / UK then re-export your OvuView data following the instructions here

Double check that temp values are displaying separated by decimal points (36.40) and not commas (36,45) in your OvuView CSV file - if they're displaying separated by commas then please temporarily change your phone system language & region settings to English & US / UK then re-export your OvuView data following the instructions here
